This is where you can get really creative and bring your brand to life on the L.E/Miami show floor – the more out-of-the-box, the better! Previous partners have created pop-up music festivals, oxygen bars and custom cocktail bars…you get the gist!


This is a new addition to the L.E/Miami lineup, designed to bring forward-thinking brands like yours to contemporary travel’s decision makers in playful, unexpected ways. Shed a spotlight on your offering with a poolside pop-up shop, immersive experience or hands-on workshop, as our rebels spend their afternoons transitioning from business appointments to evening networking opportunities on South Beach.


Our gorgeous canvas totes go beyond a one-time hang, with some iterations seen on the New York Subway years after their debut at L.E/Miami. With your logo and custom design printed on the front and back, these totes are guaranteed to be used by our collective time and time again – for work, play, and everything between.


Original thinking flows through the veins of our visionary crowd; give them a place to record their thoughts with a notebook and/or pen. Each item is designed to match your brand identity, incorporating your logo and brand colours, and placed in our bespoke tote bags, received by all 1,600 of our delegates on the first day of L.E/Miami.


L.E/Miami is a plastic-free show, so a reusable water bottle is essential for all our delegates as they stay hydrated in that South Beach sun. Each water bottle is designed to match your brand identity, incorporating your logo and brand colours, and placed in our bespoke tote bags, received by all 1,600 of our delegates on the first day of L.E/Miami.

SIXTY Hotels was looking to get the L.E/ collective buzzing about their brand. To achieve this, they brought in anonymous performance artists, The Bumbys, to provide bold members of the collective with ‘Fair and Honest Appraisals’ of their appearances, typed on retro analogue typewriters on our show floor.


We dove into the world of sbe and Accor Lifestyle Brands with a ‘swimming pool’ filled with almost 60,000 plastic balls. The L.E/ collective was challenged to find a small silver duck in the ball pit in just 30 seconds, for a chance to win branded prizes big and small.


Europe’s largest department store gave L.E/Miami delegates a taste of its in-store experience with a pop-up beauty bar on our show floor. Equipped with professional hair and make-up stylists and a perfectly lit photo studio, delegates posed for their glamour shot in the activation space, before sharing their new headshots on their LinkedIn profiles.
